3. How We Handle Your Files (PDFs, E-books, and Images)
We believe in complete transparency regarding what happens to your files when you use our services:
- No Content Inspection or Indexing: We do not access, view, inspect, analyze, or index the content of your files, except where strictly necessary from a technical standpoint to perform the conversion or editing task requested.
- No AI Model Training: pdfdocks.com DOES NOT use your uploaded files or content to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence (AI) models, whether owned by us or third parties.
- Automatic and Permanent Deletion: All files uploaded to our servers for processing (PDFs, e-books, images) are permanently deleted from our servers within 2 hours after processing is complete. You may also manually delete your files prior to that time.
