Is it safe to decrypt my file here?

Yes. Your file and password are never uploaded to any server: the process happens directly in your browser.
Why does it say the password is incorrect?

Make sure you've typed exactly the same password you used when encrypting the file (including uppercase, lowercase, and symbols). If the file has been damaged or modified, it won't be able to decrypt either.
Can I decrypt a file encrypted with another program?

No. This tool can only decrypt files that were previously encrypted with our own "Encrypt File" tool.
Do I need to install any program?

No, nothing needs to be installed. It works directly from your browser.
Is there a file size limit?
