FAQ
What image formats are supported?
+
We work with the most common formats: JPG, PNG and WEBP, for both editing and converting between them.
Does image quality decrease when I compress my images?
+
Slightly, it's inevitable with any lossy compression, but the goal is for the difference to be imperceptible to the naked eye while significantly reducing file size.
Can I process multiple images at once?
+
For now, each tool processes one image at a time (except the animated GIF creator, which does accept multiple). If you need to process many images, you'll have to repeat the process with each one.
What's the difference between JPG, PNG, and WEBP?
+
JPG is ideal for photographs, with good compression but no transparency. PNG preserves transparency and is better for graphics or logos, though it's heavier. WEBP combines the best of both: good compression and transparency, with lower compatibility in older software.
Do I need to create an account?
+
No. All image tools are free, with unlimited uses and no registration required.
