Is this a legally valid invoice?

The generated PDF has the standard layout of an invoice, but legal validity depends on your country's regulations (e.g. mandatory numbering series or e-invoicing requirements). We recommend checking your local tax authority's requirements before sending it.
Can I add my logo?

Yes, you can upload an image (PNG, JPG or WEBP) to use as your logo on the invoice. If you don't upload one, a badge with your business's initials is generated instead.
What currencies can I invoice in?

You can choose from the most common currencies (euro, dollar, pound, and several Latin American currencies, among others) right in the form.
Can I apply discounts or taxes?

Yes, there's a field for the discount percentage and another for the tax percentage (VAT, sales tax, etc.), and the total recalculates automatically.
Do I need to fill in every field?

No. Only your business name, the client's name, the invoice number, the date and at least one line item are required. Every other field is optional, since requirements vary by country and business.
Can I edit the invoice after generating it?

The PDF itself isn't editable, but you can fill in the form again and generate a new version anytime — it's just as fast as the first time.
